In order to submit a proposal a user must have the contributor role in the Beetsdao Labs Discord, if they do not they can still put their proposal as a “Community Suggestion” and after 3 upvotes in dework this will be promoted to a card.

Once a proposal card is built in Dework a thread is created in the beetsdao discord, a proposal should be submitted to Dework with an attached google doc in the format given below.
